Terms of Service

Welcome to Imgs2PDF. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Imgs2PDF app ("App", "Service"), operated by HP60.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the Service​

Imgs2PDF is a simple and intuitive tool that allows users to convert images into PDF files directly on their device. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Upload or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or violates any law or regulation.

2. User Content​

All files and content processed using Imgs2PDF remain solely on your device and are not stored or shared by us. You are fully responsible for the content you upload, create, or convert using the App.

3. Privacy​

We respect your privacy. Imgs2PDF does not collect or store personal data, usage logs, or file contents. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property​

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Subscriptions and Payments​

Imgs2PDF may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions for premium features. All payments are handled securely via the App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties​

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Termination​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. How to Cancel App Store Subscription?​

  1. Open "Settings" app on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find the subscription you want to cancel
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  6. Confirm cancellation

Note: After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of your current subscription period.
