Use PierlyFTP only with servers and files you are authorized to access.

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Upload or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or violates any law or regulation.

PierlyFTP supports FTP, explicit FTPS, implicit FTPS, and SFTP file operations described on this site. Availability depends on your Mac, network, server, credentials, and permissions.

You are responsible for connection details, file selections, server permissions, and backups. Review transfer and deletion choices before confirming them.

PierlyFTP transfers files between your Mac and servers you configure. HP60 does not operate an intermediary file-transfer service.

The free version saves one server connection. A one-time PierlyFTP Pro purchase removes the saved-server limit. Personal and family options are offered through the App Store.

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
